Ingredients:
- 2 bags nib mor Original Organic Dark Chocolate snacking squares, chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 1 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Strawberries, chopped, for decoration
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler by placing the chocolate in a heat-safe bowl used as the lid over boiling water in a medium sauce pan. This allows it to melt slowly.
- Cool chocolate for a few minutes before adding tahini, coconut, and the coconut oil
- Spoon the mixture into muffin paper cups
- Decorate with strawberries
- Freeze for 4 hours and enjoy
